An exploration of the intersection between space and time in museums. The book contains more than 300 photographs of people and art intersecting formally and informally in museum spaces around the world. Many of the blurred images create impromptu relationships between the museum visitors and the art work.

A collection of color photographs with short stories—in English and German—that trace twentyfive years of the author's work and life. Eine Sammlung von Fotografien mit Kurzgeschichten—auf Englisch und Deutsch—die fünfundzwanzig Lebens- und Werkjahre des Autoren beschreiben.

PhotoGraphs is an eclectic collection of ‘written light’ (photo- = ‘light’ + -graph = ‘written’), assembled over a time span of twenty-five years. Each of the 125 images is countered by a short short-story—sometimes only a few words—that provide a historical, cultural, critical, architectural, artistic, and/or humorous context for the visual subject matter, which ranges from detailed views of textures/environments via interior and exterior architectural spaces to landscapes. The reader can start on any page in the book since the images are arranged in no particular order, even if at times correspondences between certain photographs and texts emerge.
